Mailbox Rental Requirements
• You will need to bring in two forms of ID for each person who will
be receiving mail.
Acceptable Identification is:
A State ID, Driver's License, School ID, Armed Forces ID, Government ID, Passport, Alien Registration Card,
Current lease, mortgage, or deed of trust,
Voter registration card,
Vehicle registration card, Home or vehicle insurance policy.
• You will need to fill in, print and sign both our Mailbox Rental Agreement
and a PS 1583 (Application for delivery of mail through Agent).
